- Please note: All Staging will be on Saturday 5th July from 4pm to 7pm
REGULATIONS
- All Exhibits are staged at owner's own rish and the committee will not be responsible for loss or damage of exhibitors' vases etc during or after the show.
- Times of Staging: Hall will be open fro 4pm to 7pm on Saturday 5th July
- Exhibits may not be removed until 5pm on Sunday
- Under no circumstances will exhibitors be allowed to remain in the ahll while judging is in progress
- Judges decision is final
- Props supplied by Show Commitee must not be interfered with in any way - Failure to comply with this rule will bring about disqualification
- Exhibitors requested to co operate with stewards at all times
- All cups are perpetual
