Welcome to our Arts and Craft Section. Our Craft and Cookery Competitions at Clonmel Show are bigger and better than ever this year. There are 41 classes in total including the welcome return of 8 classes in the adult Craft section.
The Junior Section - under 14 - have 13 classes. There are many new innovate classes which should prove a challenge for all you cookery and craft experts.

PLEASE NOTE
At the final exhibits must be in place by 10.30am and may not be removed before 5.30pm. The marquee will be open from 08.30am.

FINAL
Tullamore Show Sunday 14th August 2011
- Each competitor will bake 4 items using Odlums Products.
a) High Fibre Bread (baked in 900kg / 2lb Loaf Tin)
b) Battenberg Cake
c) 6 Savouy Muffins (using your own creativity)
d) Jam Filled Swiss Roll - The items to be displayed on a base, not more than 24 x 24 accompanied with an empty bag of the Odlums product used in the recipe.
- Points will be awarded for taste and texture and presentation - which should be simple.
- The competition is confined to amateurs both male and female with one entry only per exhibitor at he final (winner of last years final is not permitted to enter)
- The items must be fresh and home cooked by the exhibitor.
- A special class will be held at each qualifying show. The winner from each of these shows will go forward to the final to be held at Tullamore Show on Sunday 14th August 2011
- All items will be cut and / or sampled a the Final
- Each of the successful qualifiers will receive a hamper containing Odlums products on appearance at the final.
- The judge's decision at all stages of the competition IS FINAL
- Exhibits displayed at owners own risk.
- These rules should be read in conjuntion with the Irish Shows Association Rules Entry
